Kapalua, Maui -On October 14, 2003, a new era of slack key
music began on Maui, the Masters of Hawaiian Slack Key Guitar Concert Series
was born and established the new home of slack key music.
With the 5th
continuous performance season of the Masters Concert Series
underway,
the producers and slack key guitar artists have just been awarded a
third consecutive Grammy Award for Best Hawaiian Music Album for it's
latest CD release
-Treasures of Hawaiian Slack Key Guitar
-a third compilation music CD of performances recorded live from their
performances on Maui.
In this third album of live music from the shows, we present a
compilation of more music by Hawai'i's top slack key artists.
